Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or Account suspension.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting v3cuci support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable balances will be forfeited upon closure.

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements have validity periods specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at expiry, and any associated incomplete wagering requirements, will be removed automatically.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error that affects the integrity of a game round, v3cuci reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player Accounts.
